Deposits - a 50% deposit will be required against any treatment booked by a new client or valued at £50 or above to secure the booking.  This will be redeemed against the treatment, unless the client cancels within 24 hours where the deposit will be kept and the balance requested to be paid.  Any ladies who are pregnant can be treated right up to their due date but anyone who is 32 weeks and above will be required to pay a deposit against all treatments.

Cancellations - any cancellations within 24hrs of a treatment will administer a charge of 100% of the treatment.

Special Offers & Discounts - cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer including 15% off first treatment.

Recommend A Friend - 25% discount can be redeemed once a friend/family member has attended a treatment worth £25 and over.  The 25% discount cannot be redeemed against any other discount or offer.  Maximum Beauty reserves the right to change the conditions of this offer.  Discount must be used within 12 weeks of issue or will be deemed void.

Vouchers - All vouchers are valid for 6 months from day of purchase.  It is the recipients responsibility to redeem the voucher against any treatment listed on the price list up to the amount stated, or if a more expensive treatment is booked, the voucher can be used against it with the remaining amount payable by the recipient.  Please note prices are subject to change during this period.

Vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferrable to a 3rd party. The recipient is advised to book no later than one month before the voucher expires as if they are not flexible on days/times, there is no guarantee that they will be able to book in during busy periods and the voucher will be null and void.
